Masatora GoyaComposer Masatora Goya - A Recipient of Jerome Foundation Grant

Congratulations to Composer Masatora Goya who has been selected as one of the recipients of the Jerome Foundation Grant. Masatora was commissioned to write new music for flute, guitar, and viola. Melanie has recorded his solo flute piece, "Inner voice," the duo piece, "Dream of Sailing" for alto flute and guitar, and the trio piece, "Sound of Life" with guitarist Oren Fader and violist Conway Kuo. She is looking forward to the CD release October 24th, at Symphony Space, at the Leonard Nimoy Thalia theater, located at 2537 Broadway at 95th Street New York, NY, 10025.   The first set starts at 2:30PM, and the second set starts at 8PM.
